Where We Build: Central & South Florida

Desscon Builders, Inc. is headquartered at 1695 NW 110 Ave, Suite 220, Doral, FL 33172. As a Florida Certified General Contractor (License CGC 1513684), we hold a statewide license, so we can work in any Florida county without a separate local contractor license (local permits and registration still apply). We focus on dental, medical and commercial construction from Orlando down both coasts to the Florida Keys.

East coast

• Miami-Dade County: Doral (HQ), Miami, Hialeah, Coral Gables, Kendall, Miami Beach → Commercial GC in Doral
• Broward County: Fort Lauderdale and surrounding cities → Broward
• Palm Beach County: West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Jupiter
• Treasure & Space Coast: Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Brevard counties

Central Florida

• Orange, Osceola and Polk counties: Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland

How we work outside Miami-Dade

Projects outside our home county are run by the same Doral-based team. Engineering and permit drawings are provided by our sister firm, Desscon Engineering Corporation (FL Engineering Business Reg.
