Desscon Builders, Inc. (CGC 1513684) provides construction services. Design and engineering are provided by our sister company, Desscon Engineering Corporation (FL Engineering Business Reg. No. 36182), within its licensed scope under a separate agreement, and the two work in close coordination. From space planning, custom cabinetry, and 3D renderings to permitting, construction, and final delivery, we coordinate every phase with precision. Our project managers, working with the licensed engineers of Desscon Engineering Corporation, bring extensive experience in dental and commercial construction throughout South & Central Florida.

Two Companies, Separate Agreements
One office, two specialized companies. Desscon Builders, Inc. (CGC 1513684) and its sister company, Desscon Engineering Corporation (FL Engineering Business Reg. No. 36182), work side by side from our shared office in Sweetwater, next to Doral. When clients hire both under their separate agreements, the two companies work down the hall from each other, which supports efficient communication of approved plan revisions to the construction team.
